“Hey... I really gotta make rent so um. Do you want me to get you something from the BP trade-in... counter, thing, whatever?” He points his thumb back at the building. “The going rate is 2,000 poken per point.”

Luck seemed to be against the Historian’s side this time. The Orrian male was currently within a packet Library. Silently he was hoping to find a tabled seat in the hopes of being able to read and write down some notes without any issues. Still he continued to walk around with a few different books pertaining towards topics of his interests in hand.
Finally catching sight of a seemingly free seat, Arawn headed over and inquired for the person nearby. "Excuse me. I do apologize if I’m bothering you, but is this seat taken?”

🎩 - Usual outfit
// Technically, Adrian’s usual outfit is his Team Magma uniform, though his typical casual outfit consists of a graphic t-shirt of some sort that usual sports some sort of rock pun, khakis, and regular ol’ tennis shoes. Or light up shoes. Or two different colored shoes. Or any other bad choice of shoes really //
💐 - Favorite type of flower
// his favorite flowers are daisies! //
🔎 - Random detail about them
// He actually has several very small scars on his back and torso from all the rock climbing he did when he was younger, mostly because he fell down and tumbled on the rocks a lot. And by a lot I mean like.. all the time. //

“Hey, you dropped this notebook...”

Well this was an awkward situation.
If only she had gotten a permit for tasering people who chased her around in suspicion of being a certain individual in a certain video taken ages ago.
Unfortunately they were right and she was in danger of being mobbed by a smallish section of her supposedly core fans that she herself had wanted absolutely nothing to do with. Goddammit. Emmie looked at the older woman? Girl? And breathed in, breathed out. Prepared her words in proper order.
It all came out in a rush though. “Er, I’m kind of afraid of crowds and there is one presumably out for my blood whom are rather insistent on making me their media popularity sacrifice for youtube videos which I cannot believe that I am actually saying those words.” The last of her words were punctuated with an urgent look behind her shoulder, the girl’s hand gripping tight on a pokeball attached to her belt amidst seven.
Sure enough, tthre were snippets of words echoing down the road behind the girl- who was looking progressively paler as the words got more distinct. Under her sun-browned skin, this had a rather offsetting effect. “Please help.”
Brienne promptly chomped back on her toothbrush and opened the door wider, moving aside. “In,” she commanded. Hoooo, did she understand being chased by hordes of people wanting a popularity sacrifice. Though half the gig did come with some immediate intimidation points, which she definitely made use of. This poor girl didn’t seem to have that advantage.
Wonder what the girl had recorded that was so popular. She wasn’t the best at paying attention to stuff on the internet anymore. Damn paperwork.
The door shut with a quiet click behind the girl, and she did up all the locks again, ear to the door to listen to all the clamoring voices stomping by. Well. That was quite a crowd.
The entryway tile was cold against the bottoms of Brienne’s bare feet, and she rubbed one against the side of her leg to warm it up as she sized the girl up better. Hm.
“Kitchen’s to the left. Sit at the table and take your pack off. I’ll be there in a moment.”
.....Soooo she was a little brusque. It was nearing midnight and she had an early morning mayoral discussion to go to. What was it on again? Oh yes, the tax on pokemon-based support items. Mnnhr. Go get the toothbrush out of your mouth, Lalonde, you have a guest.
She turned and went back into the bathroom to make herself a little more presentable.
