Ομάδα ερευνητών και σχεδιαστών από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Τόκιο, κατασκεύασε ένα φουσκωτό ηλεκτρικό σκούτερ, κατάλληλο για όσους μετακινούνται καθημερινά, είτε σε μικρές αποστάσεις είτε χρησιμοποιώντας μέσα συγκοινωνίας.
