Point or flex the toes? In so many yoga shapes it’s easy to forget to keep the toes active either one way or the other. Both have benefits for the body, and in this side squat stretch it’s usual to flex the toes to keep extension through the back of the leg. But, it’s all about playing and exploring, right?
