jason's kill count is probably above above 100 at this point. i kind of wonder which rogues that would put him above in terms of kill count. not poison ivy or joker but i wonder about the other villains like twoface or penguin.
i imagine it would, again, come down to how far removed down the chain of accountability you have to be for a “kill count reveal” spell to count it. ie, does penguin ordering his hired muscle to kill someone count as a kill by penguin or by the individual henchmen. same for two-face. jason, however, has killed at least over 100 people directly, meaning no matter what he’s definitely slotted over, say, two-face.
jason’s kill count might slow down after his first several months back, but in the beginning he’s killing a lot of people. i imagine he racked up 84 kills in his first couple months, so by now he’s definitely upwards of 100 if not 200.
assuming we stretch that accountability to results of actions and not just directly, my (prominent) batfam kill counts are as follows:
steph— she’s canonically stated to have caused “hundreds dead, thousands injured” in the gang wars, and you don’t say “hundreds” until it hits at least ~350. i personally estimate she (somewhat indirectly) caused 375 deaths via gang violence
bruce— depending on what timeline you’re working with, he’s spent ~20 years as batman, exerting a lot of force on the people he apprehends. now assuming the best of the medical care they’re given (a stretch, i know), about ~100 must have died of medical complications. 50 feels too little, anything above 120 feels too much.
jason— at least 200, almost definitely more. i like to slot him at 320, for his time with the loa+his first few months back+still killing when he’s not directly working with the bats
tim— the infamous league bases. i will say, going strictly by comics, he doesn’t kill anyone. comic book logic is fucked but it does apply, and if he actually killed people, there would be a devastating arc of him hating himself over it. however! being realistic, the warning he gave them would have allowed some but not all to escape. considering the sheer amount of bases he blew up, but also considering that they’re all trained assassins who definitely know how to Get Out Of Dodge fast, i say he’s killed ~150. if we stretch accountability.
damian— a lot. minimum of 1, for the Spook, but considering his attitudes about killing, definitely more. he’s also like ten, though. you can fit a lot of death in that timeframe but not higher than 150. i personally like putting him at ~90.
now, are bruce steph and tim stretching it on the “accountability”? yes. but that’s the point of the exercise: at one point does the kill stop being your’s alone. how far down the chain do you go before it doesn’t matter who ordered it, just whose hands executed that order.
