I was able to find out who did that Gardevoir picture I reblogged yesterday.

Artists name I believe is soara(Danbooru also calls them Pokemoa). And the comic in question was this one, called Sana

Sadly, this comic isn't on Danbooru. Someone must have taken it down. His/her other work is though
