She is a Fairy Type Specialist, she has out lived every single other Gym Leader, she has been around over 50 years, she lives beyond a forest full of mischievous fairies plunged in eternal darkness, she delights in being called The Witch/Wizard of Ballonlea, she has at least a thin veil of clairvoyance, she speaks in quizzes and riddles, and she is an absolute menace
