Falk Maria Schlegel of powerwolf would be a Cinderace if he were a pokemon.
He loves fire, bounces around on stage, is an actual soccer bunny, and his zodiac is the year of the wooden rabbit. They burn him at the stake for his crimes and he loves it.
That is all. Had to share. Caught a scorbunny on pokemon go and was bitch slapped by this thought.
my queue is finally empty again 😌 the pokewolf moodboards were fun, but returning to regular programming now 😌😌
i hope you guys didn’t mind me clogging your dash with a bunch of moodboards too much lol and i hope those of you who wanted the fic are satisfied with the mbs and little short descriptions (and if you’re not pls take it and run with it, i’d love to read a pokemon au even if i’m not gonna write it 🙈)
Okay, you know what this new Pokemon news brought to the forefront of my mind?
This Powerwolf Pokemon Trainer AU I had these little fleeting thoughts about a couple years ago when I was writing/struggling with Stossgebet. IDK if I'd make this a full thing (so many other things I keep meaning to write/think about), but yeah.
Didn't get that far into it yet, just some random-ass starter thoughts (some not even really Pokemon related) and a couple Mons each person would have.
Some of said thoughts/ideas:
It would start with Attila, who wants to travel and see the world. He would be a disillusioned/retired preacher, moonlighting as a singer (either opera or club/something he would wear his Red Aim suit for - you know the one)
He would be traveling and soon meet Falk, an organist in a church in a nearby town. Not sure how/why/rationale, but Falk would join up with him.
Matthew and Charles used to be gym leaders - not like Tate and Liza (Psychic Type Gym Leaders from Gen 3 who are twins), but like in towns close to each other. One of them would have a type specialty that has an advantage over the other because Brothers (leaning towards Charles over Matt). They would join up with Attila and Falk later. (Doing the Misty and Brock thing, I guess.)
They also used to be together or have some kind of attraction to each other, but soon realized they were better as friends, though those feelings still come up. Let's just say this is how Attila and Falk would find out they're not actually related.
True to canon, it would be a while before Roel would show up. Not an original part of the gang. He would just be Some Guy (maybe Stefan would introduce them? Not sure yet) who comes in eventually. I kinda picture him like the Grass Type gym leader from Sword/Shield (blanking on his name) - like an ordinary farmer/worker/outdoorsy type.
Falk would get into doing Contests. Matthew would consider doing so as well. (Picturing this like in the Gen 3 and 4 animes)
Wouldn't be an AU of mine without having Attila and Falk eventually get together.
Charles and Roel would, too, but it would take a while. Charles would be too shy/tsundere about it at first; Roel would be too much of a himbo about it at first. For some reason, I'm picturing the climax of this arc involving one of those Pokemon that invades dreams and it would lead to a plan to beat the Pokemon and a confession/dealing with feelings.
Pokemon they would have:
They would have type specialties, but I would let them catch whatever depending on what interests them/story reasons.
They would each have at least one dog/wolf Pokemon, with Attila probably having more than the others.
Attila: Fire and/or Dark. He would have the Growlithe and/or Houndour lines.
Falk: Water and/or Psychic. Maybe a Fairy type if it suits him/the situation. I would give Quagsire to either him or Attila (my favorite pokemon). I would also give him Mr. Mime (could translate to a running gag of him banging into barriers instead of doors).
Matthew: This I'm still figuring out. Possibly Psychic, maybe Fairy? Would have at least one cat Pokemon (Delcatty? Liepard?). Maybe also Lycanroc. May have a Normal Type specialty if so.
Charles: Might also have Lycanroc. Leaning towards Dark and/or Ghost. Maybe Fighting? Also still figuring this out.
Roel: Grass and/or Ground. Would have the Grookey line for sure. Maybe also Clodsire.
Would have/like to fit the former members and the touring members in there somehow.
Decided to add my own OC to my core 4 adventuring together.
Meet Selene White. She is 24 and is the Protagonist of the Generation 5 games which the events of will of happened in the fic along with the events of Legends Arceus
Selenes original starter pokemon was Emboar but she lost the mon during the second battle with Ghetsis and Kyurem in the events of Black and White 2 after She showed up to help N, Nate and Rosa against the Team plasma boss.
After the events N vanishes again on her leaving her alone when she needed him the most and she sets out to find him eventually being sent to the past era of Hisui with Lucas(Gen 4 male protag) after Arceus himself approaches her due to her holding Reshiram and being returned to present time after defeating Volo and [Redacted]
She will travel with the boys, but they will not know the full truth of who she is and that she is the holder of Reshiram untill major points in the story featuring an encounter with [Redacted] after it comes for payment for the decendants of Volo and another with N who after so many years she is not happy to see even if she did just want to kiss him.
She is very fond of Liam and Co. Them reminding her of her own travelling companions from her 1st journey. Liam reminding her of Hilbert, Corey of Bianca, Mason of Cheren and well seeing a bit of herself in Theo.
Her team she built up from her many travels across the reigions in her attempts to find N. She got her own Mega with her Lopunny in Kalos, getting the Dynamax band during her 1st stay in Galar and a Z ring from Professor Kukui.
(This is being posted solely for the fun conversation I had of Pokewolf au and their fics with @transdunbar)
Let's talk about the Argents and Pokewolf! Mostly because I CAN.
Chris and Victoria Argent are the dual leaders of the sixth gym in Kalos. They don't have dual battles as other couples might. Sometimes Victoria fights the challengers, and sometimes Chris does. Either way, they’re prepared to raise their daughter to take over the gym for them—possibly with her aunt Kate. When Kate was implicated in the death of the Hoenn Champion Talia, those dreams died.
But that’s a story for another time. This is the story of how Allison got to catching her first Pokemon, a Nidoran (f), one named Hekate.
All Argent women have Nidoqueens—it’s a tradition of the family. Mothers take their daughters into the wild to catch a Nidoran (f) when they’re deemed old enough. When Victoria married into the family, Chris’ mom took her out to catch one. Kate caught one at four, the first Argent woman to do so. Allison was six when she was taken out to catch her first Nidoran (f) with Victoria.
It was a somewhat harrowing experience—not one that Victoria or Allison was expecting. There was something afoot in the area the Argents used to capture Nidoran (f)s. Too many people, too many furious Nidoqueens and Nidokings having been riled up by their families being stolen from them. Victoria had heard reports of men and women in the grass around here, taking young Nidoran (f)s and (m)s from their parents, or taking the parents from the little ones, but she didn’t expect it had gotten this out of control.
A pair of Nidoqueens interrupted the catching process in order to protect a young Nidoran (f) from Allison’s pokeball. Victoria had to engage in a battle to save Allison. As the battle raged, Nidoran (f) came to investigate Allison, and the two curled around each other. The Nidoqueens stopped fighting Victoria to watch the friendship being formed. They retreated, calling out to their family member. The little Nidoran (f) called back to them as they vanished, and Allison caught her first pokemon, her lifelong friend.
She was officially an Argent matriarch, and would one day inherit the gym. Even though she was six, Allison had misgivings about that, but with Hekate by her side, she imagined she could do anything.
Little did Victoria or Allison know that, from the shadows, someone was watching them and evaluating Allison’s latent potential for the future…
Pokewolf AU art where Stiles is under a pile of his pokemon and his arms are out and he has a half scowl on his face and the exasperate squiggle above his head
munchlax is sitting on his head eating something, a tired out growlithe is napping sprawled out on his legs, wooper is curled up on his back, venonat is playing with his shoe lace, Dratini is booping his nose with its own, and Makuhita is jumping, about to land on him

About that life
ME TOO but oh man
I'm actually in love with how this is all folding out in my head
Read more for world building and the start of Scott n Stiles, Breeder and Trainer extraordinaire (respectively)
Scott and Stiles have always started out together, and nothing has changed. Ever since Scott's Poochyena befriended a wild Munchlax that wouldn't leave Stiles alone, the four have been inseparable. Fang and Destroyer have accompanied Scott and Stiles through their playing in the grass, battling and growing stronger. Not strong enough to take down Jackson (that asshole) or Danny Stiles says sometimes, throwing a rock into the pond. Scott looks up from brushing Fang and feeding Destroyer and says that it's not a big deal, because it's just Jackson and Danny, and they have an advantage.
Stiles wants that advantage of experience but he doesn't say so, even though every fiber of his being wants to become the new champion of Kalos. Scott might not come, primed to take over his mother's breeding center.
That changes when Jackson, accompanied by his Aron and Danny (who has a Vivillon), announces that they're all going on a journey to become the Champion of Kalos. He mocks Scott and Stiles, and while Scott just rolls his eyes and goes back to playing with Fang, Stiles instead says that Jackson has competition and stomps off to get his things.
So, suddenly, Scott finds himself following Stiles because there's no way that Stiles is going alone, nuh-uh, Fang would miss Destroyer too much (really Scott would miss Stiles too much, but those feelings are best left unexplored. Besides, it feels good to be moving. The world has felt... lacking recently).
Melissa smiles and if there are tears in her eyes as she hugs Scott goodbye, she says nothing about it. The Sheriff claps Stiles on the shoulder and awkwardly hands him a pokeball with a baby Growlithe inside, the child of the Sheriff's beloved Arcanine. Melissa and the Sheriff watch their children head off, knowing that this time, they won't be coming back at night with a few cuts and bruises and smiles on their faces.
Melissa is worried. The Sheriff is too, but hides it under gruff and awkward smiles.
Stiles is ecstatic, waxing poetic about how he's going to cream the competition and walk away with eight badges before the end of the year. Scott rolls his eyes because no, Stiles, it isn't that easy but if you say so. Destroyer sneaks their snacks and gives some to Fang, so suddenly Scott and Stiles have some sick pokemon on their hands and they're in the middle of the woods, alone, and there are a lot of growling noises from the trees.
Just as a horde of Poochyena are about to attack Jackson and Danny show up, Aron and Vivillon dispatching the horde. Jackson is prone to mock Scott n Stiles for letting their pokemon get sick, but Danny snaps at him to shut up and helps because Danny likes Scott n Stiles, even if they're not exactly the most competent of trainers (better than Jackson, Danny thinks sometimes, because behind Stiles' moaning about Munchlax he obviously loves the Pokemon, and because Scott's the kid of a world-class breeder and is obviously going to be amazing, and already is amazing at it).
Maybe the four of them go to the next town, maybe Jackson drags Danny away. Either way, they all manage to make it hungry and tired and with their pokemon worn down and in need of a center.
