What app or tool is that macro thing you use?

Hi, That’s www.myfitnesspal.com. Those charts come off the mobile app, while the totals come off the computer version of it. There are some charts on the computer version too, but not all the same ones on both. :/

It doesn’t calculate NET CARBS for you, if you are worried about that (if you do keto), so the charts are a bit skewed due to that. There are some work-arounds for that issue, but I just manually calculate my net carbs and know that the percentages are off a bit in the charts because of it.
