REPOST • @polarparkbrewco 💥💥 Polar Park is proud to officially set the hard launch date - taps turn on Wednesday September 18th with a full scale launch of our brewpub / kitchen - 4pm to late. #Repost @polarparkbrewco ・・・ The fire inspection is booked for Tuesday the 11th of September - we will have occupancy when we pass :) pictured here is our events space build: 6mm cork + 1inch plywood + 3quarter inch white oak & a 500 sq. foot stage = one helluva venue! The old bee bell oven was repurposed into the stage frame, white oak from the eastern seaboard, cork out of Italy & plywood sourced in British Columbia.
