cut myself on angel hair and baby’s breath 👼🩸
focusing on intention, presence, and completion.
(Also today I learned how to do an aerial invert that doesn’t tweak my back! 🎉)

Playing with smooth inverts and leg hangs. And a handstand, because, you know.
taste of salt and wine, hands all over my— 🍷 🫦
keeping up with pole has been a bumpy ride this summer. overscheduling, injuries, and family emergencies have all taken their toll. plus I’m facing down another ankle surgery in January.
classes like this one, which remind me how much I love cool tricks and transitions and how much I love to dance, help keep me from giving up altogether.
I’ll bring him down, down 🌀👑
It’s been a long break from spin pole—six months, maybe?—and my tolerance has largely gone out the window. But I’m rebuilding it slowly; this week was so much better than last week, only a little nausea by the end of class. And in the meantime, all that focus I’ve been putting on smooth transitions is really paying off.
(Cameo by Mala, one of my favorite pole teachers—if you ever get the chance to see her perform live, Do Not Miss It. She’s an absolute firebrand and a phenomenal dancer.)
you make it look like it’s magic 🪄✨❤️🔥
After weeks of working on a footloose and freewheeling country-music number, it was time to experiment with something daintier, darker, and urbane. So here I am in heels, working on my control.
I wanna fuck the ones I envy, I envy 💚 👀
once again Pride month is over and I’m not ready.
But at least I remembered to break out the rainbow sequin bikini.
you ask and you shall receive! what are your top five favourite pole tricks and/or your top five favourite vampires?? 💛
i shall do 5 favourite pole tricks (that i can actually do). caveat - spin tricks are much easier to show a visual of but i am a static girlie these days! so sorry! also i'm sorry it took me a while to answer this - i needed to source some pics (these are not of me mind you - these are random google searches):
1. static flares, particularly the double/triple combos I can do. they make me feel SO STRONG (I can't visual this - you just gotta believe me haha)
2. my butterfly and sneaky v flips - i can do them super high up on the pole and they're SO DYNAMIC and fun (unfortunately also can't visualise this without showing a video SO SORRY).
3. inverted eagle/cocoon (just realised this girl has only one hand on - not my style, lady. two hands at all times!)
4. satellite (my back leg is very bent i am not as flexible as this girl)
5. the humble ayesha (so versatile, so useful)
what are yours?
