#GorgonzolaDolce with #FriedPolenta at Osteria di Fornio near #Parma in #Italy. Def the best #PolentaFritto I've ever had. I loved the way they cut it up rough in strips. The different sizes added a nice depth of #texture. Some parts #crunchy and some #chewy which really lended well for dredging in the soft ripe room temp #bluecheese.
