Our Prime Minister, Matteo Renzi, has done the Ice Bucket Challenge. What he hasn't done is making an electoral law that allows us to choose who goes into the Parliament, which the parties do. And he hasn't got the barest idea to do so. Oh, and who gets 40% of the votes gets 55% of the Deputees' Chamber seats. And the upper Chamber's senators will be chosen directly by the Prime Minister (plus a few elected by the President). Italia, che bel paese!
