this post will probably amount to nothing & be lost in the endless landfill of the internet, but i just have to note how warped the news coverage of the united healthcare situation has been. they're acting like we were shocked & scared. like the heroic police & skillful feds worked with an enthusiastic public to bring this menacing ne'er do well to justice!

i mean, sure? maybe ceos were quaking in their designer chelsea boots, but me & my crocs were solid.

it's not lunacy to condemn murder & vigilante justice whilst also acknowledging that nothing happens in a vacuum. violence can seem like the answer when the "proper channels" don't work. we left violence in the past because we found less bloody, more productive means of resolution. key words: more productive. if those less bloody means fail.. i'm just saying, there's a logic there. (but "correct" & "coherent" aren't synonymous, of course).

oh, also—the law enforcement glaze is nuts. drones this. database that. algorithm whatever. brah, you were looking for him in georgia? a fuckin' mcdonalds employee in pennsylvania snitched cause they recognised his eyebrows. that's how you caught him. exactly as you would've sixty fuckin' years ago.
