Sage (left) was one of the greatest American mares of the 1990s and is the foundation mare of one of the world’s top polo lineages.

Because of her exceptional genes and her athleticism her owner Charlie Armstrong cloned her, the result is the mare “Show Me” (right), who’s the first cloned pony that ever competed in the Argentinian Polo Tripple Crown in 2013.

The polo pony Califa (1st picture) was the first polo horse that was cloned successfully. His clone (2nd picture) was born in Argentina back in 2010.
