How about the poly reacting to M not understanding Valentine’s Day gifts and instead of a cardboard heart shaped box filled with chocolate, it’s a boar’s heart stuffed with chocolate given to S and B and MC?

B, along with their trio of distinct companions, has witnessed a lot: S's moments of absurdity followed by heinous crimes, and the MC's competent yet unyielding manner. However, this? M was in front of them, holding out a cardboard box that reeked of blood and something foul—this was completely new. S tentatively takes hold of the bleeding, heart-shaped box that is presented to them, while B just stares blankly at it.

"What is that, M?" B asks, their patience like that of a monk. With a palm over their mouth, they watch as the MC opens the box in S's hands. However, when it is revealed, chaos erupts. B screams, S shouts in surprise, and the MC physically recoils. Within is... a chocolate-filled heart. Oh, it was a disgusting thing to look at. Yet M looked at them with pride mixed with expectation. “Gift. Val—…entine day.”

“Oh—…that’s not—“

“—It’s lovely, M. Thank you.” B interrupts the assassin beside them with a targeted elbow jab, and they reach out and place a loving touch on Ms' shoulder. M grumbles in satisfaction at the compliments, and the baker watches as their two partners try to work out what exactly they should do with this heart packed with blood and chocolate. Well, at least this is a valentines to remember, B mused as they watched the Mc experimentally poke the muscle a few times.

At the end of the day…they keep the box rather than the heart.

I was curious, the poly will be: 1 everyone interested in everyone, 2 the ROs will have a platonic relationship between them and a romantic one with MC, 3 will we be able to choose between 1 and 2, 4 if there will be more poly option will depend on the involved ROs which type will be possible (some ROs will prefer type 1 and someone else the 2nd option)?

Hmm, in general, this will depend on each poly. As the only 100% confirmed so far is N+Mc+Theome I can say that in their case everyone will be interested in everyone. The second possible (but not confirmed) is Theome+Mc+Sostrate, and then I can imagine a Platonic relationship between Sostrate and Theome, and nothing else (at least at this point)

Depending on the poly, the relationship will be Platonic between the Ros or the relationship will be romantic. To be consistent with each other's personalities, as there are certain characters that won't work together.

Asriel continually stocks the home with fresh-cut flowers from the garden. If your allergies are bad, he’ll substitute them with nice-smelling herbs.

Asriel is a bit more knowledgeable about cooking than Papyrus and since you all moved in together the skeleton monster’s cooking skills have greatly improved.

Papyrus is a huge positive influence on Asriel, who still feels a lot of guilt surrounding his past despite his kind demeanor.

S exclaimed with a wicked laugh, glancing between their partner's face and one of the many letters stacked upon the table, each filled with various treats. The assassin leaned forward, raising his eyebrows teasingly at B, who blushed furiously. "Well, that's quite something, darling. I've never heard that one before."

"Oh, stop it. They're just being dramatic," B responded, leaning against Ms' chest and nonchalantly sipping champagne supplied by one of their former loves. S rolled their eyes before picking up another letter, muttering as they sorted through the pile. "So many letters, and the majority of them are in cursive! Who knew you were fond of upper-class people, eh?" Without even looking, the assassin could tell that B was wearing a fake pout.

Amidst the letters, S's eyes lit up upon finding one with particularly enticing words. "I crave your taste!" they exclaimed joyfully, sending all three of their partners a look of pure joy and disbelief. Only two mirrored their expression. The assassin took great delight in B's horror as they shrieked in protest. "Who sent that?! Burn it!"

"No—hold on! They sent the premium chocolate!" The MC interjected, scrambling to grab the letter.

"I'm definitely framing this," S declared.

"I... will make the frame," M added with a gentle grunt, quietly chuckling when B gave them a look of betrayal.

any poly routes?

Yes! In The one who made Red, we have a quad poly route! It includes four people, including your MC! I want to add this aspect due to the fact that there aren’t a lot of poly couples in IFs. Especially those that involve more than two people. When the game is completed, I do plan on adding duo poly routes with certain ROs. But it remains in the works.

Okay so I was asleep in my bed minding my own business and then my sister busted in with multiple suitcases just going around my room saying we got to go you got to get up we got it back we have to go and I'm like what the heck did she do I'm half asleep sitting up in my bed wondering why am I being woken up at 4 in the morning.

I just watch her run around my room packing my bags in the utmost confusion like I don't remember much cuz like I said it's 4:00 in the morning I was tired but I was pulled out and I was in the car you really like driving and she said not a word not a single word and then to let me know like are we being chased running from the law like nothing.

I was basically kidnapped my dude. We drove through three state and I still didn't know where we were going. I really thought she did something illegal and we were now fugitives. I mean I was literally wearing clothes I usually wouldn't wear just so we wouldn't be recognized.

I we stopped at so many places,and to be honest yeah it was fun, but like I was still wondering were we were going. She finally answered me, and she said " we were just doing a little sibling vacation" I'VE BEEN ASKING HER ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON FOR A WHOLE MONTH.

So the village is attacked by this large hybrid animal okay hideous looking really weird kind of big tall as a house everybody's running away they're screaming there's fire and then here comes MC stomping down the street to stand in front of the animal hybrid monster thing just as it swallows someone MC puts the hands on the hips look sternly at the monster it tells them to drop it and the monster does with a little whine and lowers itself to peer up cutely at MC.

OH MY GOD?? FRANKY IDK HOW YOU STAYED SANE DURING THAT WHOLE EXPERIENCE, YOU LIGET JUST GOT KIDNAPPED AND WAS LIKE ‘yup, this is fine.’ AND FOR A WHOLE MONTH??? IM GLAD U HAD FUN BUT DAMN! (Here’s a small break for those who didn’t sign up for the wedding drama 😂)

M: They are absolutely horrified. M just stares as you scold the large creature, Dawn clutching their leg as she just looks in awe. Both watch the person crawl away and immediately get surrounded by healers, Ms entire body fills with tension when the creature shifts into something smaller.

When you grab the creature, Dawn looks up at M. “Can I go see MC?” Ms eyes don’t leave your body as they slowly nod. Well, this was…interesting, M thinks as they watch Dawn skip over to you.

S: Their first instinct is to go beside you. They did and now they just stand there in shock as you scold the large beast. S freezes when the person who the beast was trying to eat gets dropped and they move forward to pull them away while you move forward. Shaking your head at the creature, which shifts into something smaller.

S helps the person to a group of healers who rush to grab them and S goes back to you. Just slack-jawed as you pick up the beast and say more things into its face. S looks up to the sky, asking the gods how they got here.

B: “MC—!” B goes towards you with a start but pauses when the creature seems to listen to your scolding. Then they just feel astonishment. They have no idea what to do when the creature fully lowers its body to you while tucking in its tail, nor when its body slowly cracks and bubbles into a smaller creature.

Bs body loses all tension when you snatch the creature by the nape of its neck and the person it tried to eat crawls away. When you come towards them with the creature, they don’t even flinch. They just stare and accept what is happening.

Quad poly: “Oh my gods, S—“

“Yes, I see it. Stay here.”

B and M stand next to each other as S rushes to your side. When the creature drops the person it was about to eat. S moves forward to grab them and pull them away. Leaving you alone with the shifting creature. B immediately moves forward, Dawn rushing to their side and helping them forward while M watches.

When you pick up the creature, M moves forward. B looking over your shoulder while Dawn hops around you as you hold out a finger to the creature. Everyone just sighs when you act like this is completely normal.

Town: There’s a collective, ‘Oh hell no’ when the creature drops the person and shifts into something else. Mr. Jaha is damn near tempted to just grab you and run off but is too focused on getting the poor injured prick outta there. Miss Portia just slowly goes behind you when you pick up the creature, watching carefully with her battle axe in hand.

When you proceed to act like everything was normal and fine, they just all let it go and just focus on getting the village fixed.

How would the ROs + poly react to mc crying bc their pet crow Gary died? Who which didn't know mc had a pet...

We will all mourn Gary.

M: When they find you crying with a small cluster of feathers in your hands. M is just confused. As you explain the situation, tears rolling down your face as you do. Holding out the feathers to them. They sympathize. Taking your hands into theirs, they look down at the feathers. Contemplating on what they are allowed to do.

They would comfort you before leaving for a few hours. When they return, they would have a small wooden carving of the bird. M gives it to you and nudges you to put them on the feathers. When placed on the feathers, the small figure would straighten a bit before slowly painting itself black. Before seeming to settle where it stood.

You ask them what happened. They explain that it’s their way of ‘the last goodbye’ in their culture. Turns out, the way Gary wanted to say his last goodbye was just painting the small wooden object for you to keep.

S: They watch you clutch the small feathers in front of the two of you. They had walked in on you crying and immediately assumed the worst. What they didn’t assume was that you weren’t crying because you were hurt, no….your crying because of a…bird? They find it ridiculous.

Faking sympathy is something they were never good at. So, instead. They just showed you with anything you ask for. Want another bird? They can buy you one. Want some expensive fabric? They know a guy. Hungry for something sweet? They’ll buy out a whole bakery.

If that doesn’t make you feel better. They’ll just cuddle if you want, willing to put a small amount of their pride aside for you.

B: Would be with you the second Gary has passed. B had grown attached to the bird with you. So, the two of you would just be helping each other. B doing the most as they know the bird meant more to you than them. They get you some tea and tissues. They sympathize easily.

The next few days, B is helping you. Doing your chores if you’re not feeling up for it. Telling you about their day if you’ll listen, cooking you meals if you’re hungry. The whole shebang.

B understands what it’s like to lose an animal you’ve cared for. So, they know a few tricks on how to help you if you accept. If you just want time alone, they’ll give you plenty of space without question!

Quad Poly: B and M are immediately sympathetic. Pulling you into hugs and saying soft words to you as you hold the feathers close to you. While S just stands their awkwardly. While B and M comfort you, S spends coin. Plenty of it. Everyone’s favorite meal? It’s on the table. Much to Bs half-hearted annoyance.

When M leaves to get something. B is left to comfort you while S hovers. B makes you tea and helps you clean up your face. S helps in anyway they can. If B needs a trash bin for the snot filled tissues you used. Their on it.

By the time M returns and hands you the figure. S latches onto them while they both comfort you. In the end, you’ll have two people comforting you while S is just a bottomless coin bag for you.

I was humming and a birdie landed on my shoulder. I mean it pooped on me but still......

Anyway ros+quad reactions to a mc who whenever they hum or sing animals gather around them

Hey, at least you still had the bird on your shoulder! Plus it’s a hell of a story to share.

M: They would definitely be apart of the animals that come to your singing. M wouldn’t realize how much they love the sound of your voice until you started humming. That caught their ears attention.

But when you started singing, that caught their whole attention. Especially when small birds and other creatures come up just to listen to you. They listen to you sing for what feels like second but it could’ve been hours.

After that, M would definitely ask you to sing or hum to Dawn and them on multiple occasions.

S: When they hear your humming they would just brush it off. Perhaps it was just something you did when you worked, no big deal. But when you start singing, S gives you their full attention.

Turning their whole body towards you, S watches as small creatures are quick to surround you. Their eyebrows would raise and jaw would drop at the sight in front of them.

When your singing is done, they’ll definitely shoo of all the animals before teasing you. “MC, you got any other secret powers you wanna tell me about?”

B: Their already used to this, it’s no surprise to them. Your humming would start and they’d be quick to hide everything important so no small creatures steal anything.

They would work around you when you start singing, walking over small animals and dodging small birds. When you start singing, B would hum along with you.

As soon as your done singing, B would just act like nothing happened. This was completely normal to them, so this was no surprise.

Quad poly: S would watch as M would turn towards you when you start humming, curious. Watching with pure entertainment, Bs eyes follow the other two slowly approaching you when you start singing.

The entire time your singing, small creatures would go past everyone to get to you. S looked disgusted when half of them tried to climb over them to get to you, B would just absently wave away small birds.

M would have so many creatures climbing over them and just resting there as they look at you.

The whole situation would be very amusing for B.
