Writing a book about a trans guy as a witch and my favorite line so far is probably, "My dear, never place your faith in a Prince, when you need a miracle trust a Witch."

#he also is best friends with fairies #poly fairies #and his parents are both lady witches #and they met because they both did a spell for two different people for the price of their first born child #and then those two get married #and they show up to claim the kid and they now are coparenting #and there's a trans lady witch #technically being a witch is only a girl thing and she could only be a witch when she came out to the world #because she had to tell the witches she was a girl #but our little trans boy witch was already studying magic when he figured it out #an his parents didn't want to stop him from learning #and the fairies are like this kid is gonna do great things he needs magic #so they keep it a secret from the rest of the witches until he can prove himself as worthy of magic #but the prince is our little witch boy's younger brother #and he comes to #rescue #his #quote unquote younger sister #and he shows up and is like hey I'm here for her #and everyone starts laughing because Rowan our MC #is happy where he is and so not a girl #but this little shitdick prince doesn't take no for an answer
