Every polyam person knows that the ideal dream is to live on a farm using sustainable agricultural practices with your polycule.

As someone who specialized in the agricultural field and is polyam myself, I’m here to introduce you to the wonderful world of Permaculture, or “Permanent Agriculture” if you’ve never heard of it. 

The idea of permaculture is taking the lessons that nature has already given us and applying them to sustainable agriculture. When I first stepped into the panel on permaculture, I cared a lot less about it than I did when I came out. Not only is it beautiful and fascinating, but as I’ve stated like 5 times already, it’s great for you and the environment.

A reminder that while this blog talks about polyamory from a queer, Eurocentric point of view, there are other cultures out there where polyamory is just a natural part of their existence and day-to-day life that isn’t queer or taboo, and while that isn’t what we talk about, it’s important to honor.

i love how genuine you are with giving other folk information about how to navigate being polyamorous. i do have a question; have you heard of any dating sites/apps strictly for polyamory??

Not strictly for polyamory that are mainstream but Taimi has a lot of polyamorous people because it’s queer-geared and OK Cupid has a reputation for also being very polyamorous.

By the way tonight’s plans include going up on stage and announcing I’m polyamorous only to later tweet out that it was a misunderstanding and I’m actually monogamous.

I’m so tired of monogamous people coming into my inbox

and being like “I’ve expressed I’m not comfortable with my partner seeing other people but they’re pressuring me into being okay with it and doing so anyway” like then your partner sucks and you deserve better sorry.
