A friendly warning to my lovely sims 2 fellow players. I was quite shocked when I was looking through my CC and found out this chair conversion from Castaway Stories has 6922 polycounts which is quite large! It's called "cs_military dining chair". It may contribute to pink flashing if you have a few of these beasts at once in a lot.

Sims3. HP Windows8. I have two Nraas Mods: Woohooer and MasterController. This only happens with some hair. My hair glitches, it doesn't make them bald... I had a messy ponytail I made my sim have (i downloaded it. This only happens with some downloaded hair.) and it looked fine in CAS, then when I made the household, it was glitched on the ponytail. This happened before. Is there a way to fix it?

This could be a sign your graphics card is not coping with the demands of the game- is it recommended on this list? If it is a recommended card, try updating your drivers and clearing your caches. If your card is integrated or not recommended, you will probably have to ditch the hair as it may be very high-poly and your card simply isn't capable of rendering it correctly.
