Political Polyglotism - the ability to speak many political languages

Hi all! I’m on winter break again. This is the only time of the year I have this much time, so I’m going to summarize what I’ve learned in my language classes and present some language goals for winter break:

RUS 130 - set up into two different blocks. First seven weeks were Russian cuisine and the second seven weeks were cinema and music.

I lost A LOT of Spanish over the summer (did some English to Russian translation (yes, i know please keep reading) and took a french class). It feels as though my Spanish has gotten worse, even though my professors don’t seem to think so. I’m having trouble conceptualizing the subjunctive, preterit and imperfect (i think this has to do with my Russian studies...)

GOALS FOR WINTER BREAK!

Go through and reorganize my Russian notes

collect vocab and place in a quizlet set

rewrite dates on each page bcuz I didn’t realize I wasn’t writing the dates right until the end of the semester

Watch some russian tv shows w/ subtitles

Review Spanish
