Indulge in the deliciousness of Nutella-filled donuts ponchiks. These fluffy and sweet treats are perfect for satisfying your Nutella cravings.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 cup Nutella. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Oil for frying. Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Nutella, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pot to 350F 175C. Using a spoon or a pastry bag, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the Nutella donuts from the oil and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil. While still warm, dust the donuts with powdered sugar. Serve the Nutella Donuts Ponchiks warm and enjoy!
