Grape fudge is a sweet and fruity treat that captures the essence of fresh grapes. It's a delightful confection that's perfect for grape lovers.
Ingredients: 2 cups of grape juice. 2 cups of granulated sugar. 1/2 cup of unsalted butter. 1/2 cup of heavy cream. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 2 cups of white chocolate chips. 1 cup of chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Put the grape juice and sugar in a medium-sized saucepan. While stirring the mixture all the time over medium-low heat, cook until a candy thermometer reads 240F 115C. It should take around 15 to 20 minutes. When you take the pan off the heat, add the heavy cream, butter, and vanilla extract and stir them in well. Put the pan back on low heat and stir the mixture constantly for another 5 minutes, until it gets thicker and a pale purple color. Take it off the heat and add the white chocolate chips. Mix them in until they are smooth and fully melted. You can now add the chopped nuts if you want to. Put the mix into an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm square pan that has been greased and spread it out evenly. You can leave the fudge to cool at room temperature for a few hours or put it in the fridge to set faster. Cut the fudge into squares and enjoy it after it has set.
