Indulge in the nostalgic flavors of a classic PB and J sandwich with this creamy no-churn ice cream. Rich peanut butter swirls complement sweet strawberry jam in a luscious frozen treat that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup strawberry jam or jelly. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. The sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract should all be added slowly and carefully until they are well mixed. Put half of the mixture into a loaf pan or a container that can go in the freezer. Add half of the strawberry jam to the mix, and then use a knife to swirl it around. Do it again with the rest of the strawberry jam and ice cream mixture. Put a lid or plastic wrap on top of the pan and freeze it for at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve and have fun!
