Can you just imagine an AU where Laura has a nightmare in the middle of the night and as she screams, Caliban is doing his awkward little T-Rex shuffle, rushing to her bedside. "Daddy's coming, love! Shhhh! The claws, Laura, the claws! Christ, Logan, would you just look at the state of her?" His brow furrowing with worry, eyes wide in alarm. And Logan laying in his own bed with tears running down his face. Tears for the pain and horror his daughter's mind can't escape, and tears because he knows that she's got one dad that understands her trauma and one dad who will help her heal heart.
