1.875 oz. bourbon

0.125 oz. (about .75 tsp.) Butterfly Classic Absinthe

0.75 oz. lemon juice

1 oz. pineapple juice

0.5 oz. simple syrup

6-8 mint leaves

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard on ice for six to eight seconds.

No need to muddle the mint, the ice with “smash” it for you.

Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with a mint sprig, and if you’re feeling festive, a pineapple slice or leaf.
