Drift is interested in it for a moment, until the greyface dumps it out. He’d expected more crystals, not this!

In fear he recoiled back, not wanting to touch even a single one. He didn’t know if they belonged to beasts or mechs, but they all belonged to something that was alive.

Tanks and instinct betrayed him, already salivating his gut rumbled and gurgled in hopes of receiving something more than crunched up crystals. 

“Noooo... NO! Won’t eaaaaat! Noooot thooosssssse! Woooont suuubmiiit tooo thiiisssss insssstiiinct!!” He wanted it though, so much. Body suddenly in pain as he retrained himself, backing into a corner. Kicking a spark that rolled hear him out of the way he backed as far away as he was able, hunkered down in a corner and covered his optics. Whimpering and whining to himself. 

It really was a pathetic scene...

Uncle Robin is a scream when he shows, but he like the rest of the family, is often scarce. I guess he too believes in rarity value. I just wish that someone believed in stable home life value.
