lyle is caught so off guard by the words, at first all he can do is stare at juno. he registers it‘s probably the worst reaction he could have, except for maybe saying thanks, but it’s like he can’t make himself do anything else for a moment. finally, his brain seems to have buffered and he gives the other a smile. “you shocked me so much i think my body did a system reboot,” he jokes, pulling him in for a soft kiss.
