Have you ever trapped in a bad boss hand, toxic management and disruption system?

These are too many definitions among them, consensus doen’t exist, because they may have different shapes and sizes. What one person thinks of them may not resonate with other who has different needs and roles play at the work place. I’ve experienced a very bad condition among work place for 19 months. Basically, I praised myself for this power to stay at my work place.

I might be crazy because all of this shit but I don’t. In the previous post I never talk shit about my job, because when I was starting to work for this company I really loved my job under a very talented leader who has a good communication to explain the job desk, timeline and goals.

But after three of wonderfull months.... when you were dumb enought “provocated” by your new boss, everything had changed. Literally everything.

At this point, My head is going to explode. When you read this, it’s look like my justification upon my very awful conditions, It seems I blame everyone... everything that ruin my career, destroy my life, literally my life, because I feel depressed at my work place, I lose my motivations and my passions, people around me has said that I have very high standar upon everything that I’d done, I kind of worka holic person, but now I literally lose all of them. I know I was totally wrong from being so clueless and clumsy, I was being manipulated by literally everyone at my work place, lol -____-

First thing, I will tell you what I’ve experienced in my very generous work place; The Management, The System and My Leaders.

 1.       Welcome to the rought day: when the management is full of chaos

2.       What do you expect from bad management? A very awful system. What would you do if you were blamed for the awful system you didn’t design? I mean what’s the power of the staff to force some policy?

3.       The most common type of bad leadership that I have to deal with (: ummm what if these are more than one? Welcome hell, bud.
