this is my contribution for the opening animatic of pop feud by @n7punk for the spop big bang 2026 event hosted by @spopbigbang! this is the clean thumbnail of the animatic that n7punk worked tirelessly on XD

i originally had no part in the animatic, since i was working on the other art. but I offered to do the thumbnail because they said they were just gonna reuse a frame from it and i wanted to add some jena se quoi. unfortunately youtube doesnt allow custom thumbnails for new channels but n7punk graciously still used it in other parts of the first chapter.

this chapters pics are literally on the opposite sides of the spectrum for how much effort i put in them lmao. n7punk only asked me for the blurry image at first before i fully committed to being the sole artist for the fic. I sketched out the seamista art soon after and it actually initially did not look like this, it was much flatter. but then i Rotated the image in my brain for a few days and came to this. the coloring was the hardest part because everything needed to be a little more red since theyre in a crimson waste adjacent club, but im happy with how it looks!

also sea hawk deserves a tongue piercing its appropriately cunty and mermista did the piercing for him.

so the penultimate moment of the boston cop slide saga in pop feud is that adora totally eats shit and breaks her arm LOLLL and catra filmed the whole thing XD

it actually looked up a ton of cop slide wipe outs on tiktok to find one that i could reference that satisfied me, i still adjusted the posing to look like adora landed on her wrist, making plausible cause of when it got broken. also to address possible confusion: yes everyone this night was basically wearing a reflective track suit. for minimal friction and max speed.

these are my contributions for chapter 8 of pop feud by @n7punk for the spop big bang 2026 event hosted by @spopbigbang!

so this leg of art/chapters is inspired by the fact that both n7punk and i lined up at ungodly hours to get vinyls on Record Store Day. ultimately that snaked its way into the fic because the idea of adora being painfully bad at getting exclusive merch just seems so correct.

btw record surplus is a real place in the LA area, realistic to the setting and a shout out to when n7punk and i (and my buddy aquasaber) hung out in LA for a few days together.

i think adora in the record surplus pic would get memed, itd become the new "sad keanu" picture on the internet XD

as for the second pic... #topadora truthers fell to their knees adoras face is just undeniable confirmation that shes a bottom. also shes wearing the tracksuit from the Boston Incident, her sliding also basically melted the sleeve of the arm that she broke, it was a mess the night of. its part of the humiliation ritual to call for help to complete her merch and vinyl collection.

adora cant rest shes constantly in a cycle of fighting for her life for whatever reason even if its stupid. its like how dolphins need to keep moving or else theyll die.
