Looks like Rice Crispy Treat! Well this isn’t your Snap Crackle Pop! This Pop Rice Cake. Basically, Asian/Chinese/Hakka Style Rice Crispy. Popping and Toasting Raw Rice in a wok is always fun. :p . oh and Peanuts... Can’t eat this :( Hakka People... :p my people please stop making stuff with peanuts. :p . Sad! . There is another version to this, but who wants to make rice look like popcorn. :p . Actually, I would, but I didn’t make it.
