Say I have Trostani, Selesnya's Voice on the battlefield as well as Caller of the Pack. I go to combat and attack with the Caller, then after the Myriad trigger resolves I have at least one token Caller. Using Trostani's ability to Populate will grant me another Caller (Not attacking.) Does this token also exile at the end of combat? I presume not, as it is the effect of Myriad that exiles the first token. I just want to clarify for a friend.

No, the populated token wasn’t created by the Myriad trigger and thus won’t be exiled by it’s delayed trigger.

This is only because the token was created by a separate effect, i.e. populate. Had the extra token been caused by a token doubler, e.g. Anointed Procession, then it would still be exiled as the doubling effect was just modifying the original Myriad trigger, which is what created all of the Myriad tokens.
