drawings from the stream plus 2 extra that i felt i needed to share

I doodled some Mother 3 baddies during class! :)

First was this plain ol' Pigmask. This was on a page of my notes about minerals, and he is the most shocked he's ever been. Unfortunately for him, his face kinda looks like a bean of some kind.

Next was what's supposed to be the Fierce Pork Trooper, but I kind of forgot what he looked like, so I ended up just drawing a less bean-like pigmask with angry eyebrows and really big horns. As you can tell, I redid the horns several times.

Last was the Masked Man. His head is shaped like a football (or maybe a Fobby??), and his expression doesn't say "emotionless" so much as "you just made a terrible joke and he's judging you for it", but I still feel like I did pretty alright with these. I think they're all pretty recognizable as the characters, at least.

Here's a Pigmask! I experimented a bit with lighting, cause I'm tired of making things with no shading whatsoever. I've been putting the shading in the textures, but it would be a lot cooler if stuff was actually dynamically lit. I tried different shaders in 3DSMax, the default ones (cause I don't know crap about scripting in 3DSMax) and I got some interesting results. But I liked this in the InkNPaint setting cause it was nice and flat. Its a bit flickery, but I don't care haha.

This will be used in my final project where I simulate blowing up a Pigmask's tank and making it look all sparkly and splodey.
