In celebration of Hatch Chile season, here are ingredients for my new recipe, Spicy Hatch Chile Pork Tofu using wonderful products from Melissa's Produce - Hot Ground Green Hatch Chile, Sno Peas, Organic Firm Tofu, Organic Red Quinoa, Hot Hatch Salsa, Garlic, and Ginger. I also included my favorite product from Johnsonville - Hot Ground Italian Sausage. Some Like It Hot! There isn't really much going on in this picture but I just want to tell you that Chowking has the best Beef Wonton Noodles ever, because the beef brisket. I would bet that beef cubes were boiled for hours! So you can imagine that the meat is very soft and the broth is full of flavor! The noodles were a bit soggy but it wouldn't hurt the overall impact of the dish. It's perfect on a cold rainy day! The Pork Tofu, on the other hand, was my mistake, because I wanted to order the plain tofu. The pork meat was too soft and I didn't like the flavor to be honest. Chowking Dagupan located at AB Fernandez, is one of the two restaurants or fast food joints that are open 24 hours.
