Call me Infatuated but Mike Faist was ROBBED of an Oscar for Riff … when I tell you this man stole the show and even STEVEN SPEILBERG agreed like dahmmm boy
ALSO the scene were riff is getting the gun of the Irish barman for the rumble, the part were riff leans into the gun after the man hints a threat to shoot him and says “might as well ” wasn’t scripted, this man literally became his role and added new things to the table, personally I think he was possibly the best person who had betrayed riff lorton, he really added layers to his character and had the audience really sympathising with his character but still managing to pull of the sly juvenile delinquent aspect of riffs character.
