This is located in an old farm near by my grandmother’s old house growing up. She found most disturbing; her dear memories being culturaly appropriated, without even history or integration of these beautiful figures on this now garden with entery fee... I’ve been passionate to learn about asian culture, but without context, it felt like i was walking in a land made of a poorely and purely decoration scam. When I was able to visit this outdoors space, I wondered whom this charecters represent, and if the people that actually know them would be able to connect trully with this stone figures. I wished I was able to learn their real story and homeplace...
