Positive

Sirius heard it in Potions.

 “He’s a werewolf.”  Snape. Of course.

“Are you positive? Dumbledore wouldn’t let someone like that in here,” Mulciber said.

“Well, I don’t have proof. But look…he’s not here, and it’s the day after a full moon.” Snape said back.

Sirius pulled out his wand, but James grabbed his arm. “Don’t, Pads.”

“Those two need to mind their own business.” Sirius muttered. 

“They do, but don’t give him away, ok?”

“I wouldn’t -” James gave him a flat look. “Ok, ok. I won’t.”

After Potions, Sirius made his way to the Hospital Wing. Remus was asleep in the last bed. Madam Pomfrey nodded at him. She’d long since accepted that Sirius would be a fixture in the Hospital Wing after full moons as well. 

Sirius passed his hand over Remus’s forehead. He was cool enough that Sirius slid into bed next to him and curled around him. Remus moved with him and settled against Sirius. He ran his hand through Remus’s coarse curls and brushed the top of his head with his lips. He would never knowingly give Remus’s secret away. Those idiots could speculate all they wanted.

Hi, I just wanna bring a bit of positivity! I'm a foster parent for pets, specifically animals with behavioral problems stemming from abuse, as well as abandoned sick pets. Not only did my most difficult cat use the litterbox today after 3 months of doing it on the floor (huge step!), I also have enough money to get the bigger place I've been looking at, which means more rooms and equipment = more animals who won't have to be euthanized at shelters! xo

I got set up with a counselor so I can hopefully start testosterone soon, I have a binder coming and I have trans tape coming. In addition I’m filling out forms to legally change my name!!!

Thanksgiving break is coming to an end :(. Tomorrow I will be up bright and early heading to statistics. I’m not looking forward to going back to school because I am just not in the mood and finals stress me out so bad. But I want to stay as positive as I can. I’m sure Christmas break will be here before I know it. I’m sure that I’m not the only one that feels this way so I just want to give a few words of encouragement. Go to bed early, stay hydrated, eat a good breakfast, take breaks, and study smart! It’s always stressful this time of year but there are things you can do to reduce some of it. Get organized and come up with a good study schedule and follow it as much as you can. I do not recommend all-nighters. Just....don’t do it. Wishing anyone in school reading this the best of luck!
