DOC'S BACK: REAL RAP, NO GIMMICKS

It's rare to see #TrueSkool artists getting shine on SBTV, so New Era hats off to Jamal for this F64. Rhyme vet Doc Brown sets the scripts aside to step back in the lab and spit a potent verse about life after hip hop. Die hard Poisonous Poet fans will enjoy the realness; comedy converts will need a minute to get up to speed on the lyrical pedigree; as for SBTV regulars?... some of the bars aimed at your favourite MC are bound to hurt. Funny that it takes a comedian to make a serious point about the state of the rap game. Shouts out to Doc Brown, Poisonous Poets, Lowkey, Tony D and all the foundation emcees - keep building.

Nature Kicked Back

I thought all my followers might get a kick out of this. The irony in it.... Dying. So when we were up in Iowa at the family reunion, my brother and I had gone hiking and swimming, etc. Well of course I had to pee, and I went into the trees. Everything was so green and beautiful and I was wearing a thong, so I figured I'd use the leaves to wipe. No biggie. Well a few days later I noticed that I had a bump and some swelling DOWN THERE so I started worrying that I had maybe... Caught... Something... Infectious... Freaking out I went to the doctor and they confirmed to me that I had actually rubbed onto a poisonous plant of some sort. Me. The nature girl. Didn't even stop to make sure I had grabbed a non-poisonous plant. Sheesh! So now I can settle the rash and irritation with this thick cream but I'm sure we can all imagine that's not comfortable. Now we've all had a good laugh 😂

I just learned that daddy long leg spiders aren't " Daddy-Longlegs are one of the most poisonous spiders, but their fangs are too short to bite humans" That's a myth! Daddy long legs have just never bitten a human they do have short fangs but they could bite us if they wanted they just don't and since they've never bitten anyone there's no way for us to even know if their venom is poisonous at all! Interesting right?(:
