Goals For A Positive Week.
- Practice Gratefulness. (Day 1) Additional: Make a list of what you are grateful for.
- Focus On Positive thinking. (Day 2) Additional: Exercise and take a break and listen to relaxing music.
- Declutter. (Day 3) Additional: Tidy workspace/ home.
- Help And Support Those In Need. (Day 4) Additional: Do something kind/useful for family.
- Do Something Good For The Body. (Day 5) Additional: Give praise to yourself and someone else.
- Spread Positivity. (Day 6) Additional: Take A Walk Outside.
- Do Something Creative. (Day 7) Additional: Paint/Draw Whatever You Like.
