Nel’s back with an update!

It’s not long, and it’s not big, and it’s not fully confirmed yet, BUT!

After my bout of random allergies this summer, an incorrectly performed 24-hour urine test, and 1 more CORRECTLY performed one *drumroll please*…

I, as expected, hit the biomarkers for MCAS! Just as my allergist and myself suspected. Even though it’s not officially diagnosed, it’s present. That’s the important thing to me.

It’s just comforting to know I’m one step closer to answers.

I will admit, though, I’m a little tired of being diagnosed with different chronic illnesses and disabilities. But at the same time:

Sorry for disability posting so much but my parents have been so weird about it recently and it’s pissing me off

I had another allergic reaction today (5th in 1 month).  It stopped just short of anaphylaxis.  I had all over itchiness, nausea, racing pulse, tremors, tightness in my throat, and shortness of breath.  Unfortunately, I have no idea what caused it.  About 30 minutes before it started I had eaten lunch and taken my pills, but everything I ate was stuff I’ve had in the last week with no reactions.  All the pills I took were herbal, and I’ve been taking most of them for months.

I just finished dinner and am extremely itchy again.  I don't know what is going on.
