I think it's better to email the company and let it know. I have done a bit work on recovering accounts but albeit in different games but there are small stuff I will urge you to include.

Your mc name

Your player id

DOB (If you have one)

Your player rank

Your comment (you can choose not to but most games I do, can't say for twst)

Your gems (some games ask what was the amount of gems you had before this happened, but it's not a compulsory question in twst I think.

Your cards (particularly SSRs) a photo will be nice! If you can't find photos then search your SNS posts because you might have the photos there!

If possible also add the date you started the game. (Usually if you have your account, you can check it from card sorting by date)

22. Says it how it is or keeps their mouth shut?

Kerra says it how it is (unless she's under cover or has to be diplomatic for Reasons), but she's not super blunt about it. Like, hmm--for example, she'll tell you the truth, but if it's likely to hurt and she cares about you even a little, she'll try to phrase it in the way that'll hurt the least while still being clear. She's pretty good at that.

29. Love at first sight or get to know them?

Get to know them, for sure--she adores both of her partners, but neither of them were love at first sight, by a long shot. The closest she's gotten would be the half-crush she had on Malyck, but that doesn't quite qualify as love. It's also what Kerra believes; she'd tell you that love at first sight isn't a thing that exists, in her experience.

35. Believes in fate or takes it into their own hands?

She would have said she wholeheartedly believed in fate as a sapling and up through the conclusion of the personal story, but after she realizes she's been chasing the wrong Wyld Hunt (or at least the wrong dragon), some of that fades out of self-preservation. That's because she believed more in a purpose than in fate. Those can be the same thing, but in my mind, fate is more like "the universe has an endgame for you and you'll get there someday." A purpose is "you are supposed to/made to do this." And there's definitely overlap and, again, they can be the same, but Kerra believed much more in the latter phrasing than the former, hence why her emotional state crashed so hard pre-LWS1 when she thought she'd failed. After that, she leans much more towards "takes it into their own hands" so that she can believe that she's allowed to rest and to just be herself, without so much pressure.

49. Smiles in every photo or ignores the camera?

Smiles, without a doubt. Kerra is a very smiley person, and it's rare that you'd get a picture without her smiling.
