Keyla and Tilly have just lose one of their best friends, Rhys is there for support and we saw him training with Airiam so we know they had a little friendship and we don’t even see his face. Pike never really got to know her but still cared and he knows how hard this decision was for the crew. Paul is like not again not another person. we don’t even get to see Joann react which killed me. Bryce is honouring his crewman.   Admiral Cornwell is formal because she’s surrounded by a crew who has just lost a close personal friend, Saru’s is so subtle, his mouth moves a little but his got to remain strong for everyone else but his also just lost a friend, Airiam died a hero and gets to see her favourite memory once more and Michael is devastated.  Nhan sorta annoyed me at the end, just looking annoyed at Burnham. Imagine that was someone from the Enterprise? Like i get it you were hurt and all but Airiam just risked her life for you?   show some respect.
