Heeeeey!! I am here! 😉 Thank you for waiting for me so patiently...I chose to refrain from my socials during the last horrendous bout of depression. 🤗 After weeks of staying under my duvet,(leaving only to attend work) living on cereals and feeling incredibly lonely, isolated and terrified of the future...I want to share that yesterday, was the FIRST Saturday in months that I was actually upright and taking part in life before 8am! 😳 I even "forgot" to overthink it! 🤣 I JUST DID IT! ✅️ I painted my nails, fingers AND toes, I pampered myself with a Tropic Electric Bloom, brightening and tightening face mask, I even sat and watched a film!! I made boiled eggs and I ENJOYED being with me...loving me... Sold On A Monday by Kristina McMorris is a thought-provoking story.  It is the early 1930s and Ellis Reed is a young reporter trying to get his career started at the newspaper.  While writing for the social column Ellis runs across two children sitting on a porch with a sign saying "2 Children for Sale."  Ellis snaps a picture for his personal use but one of his coworkers sees the photo in the darkroom at the paper and submits it to the editor.  Ellis is asked to write a story to go along with the picture. He has reservations about writing the story but does.  After one gigantic snafu, the story and picture are printed and then printed in other papers as well.  This article has repercussions for many and even though some seem to be for the better, things don't always work out for the best.

So about two weeks ago I came back from the most amazing, beautiful, powering retreat where I met some of my new best friends and such and on the last day we talked about going back to our “normal” lives. My young team leader told us that people will view you differently and maybe even criticize you for who you’ve become. I thought of that as mild until yesterday when I finally experienced that horrible feeling. Two of my “friends“ bothered me saying “why are you guys meeting up? What’s to talk about? You already went to the retreat. It’s back to reality.” I had that sinking feeling. I wanted to cry so hard because they will never understand. They will never know how much it hurts to hear that from them. I wanna go back. I wanna leave and just be with people who understands me and love me. I miss OLR. I’m trying to Live the Fourth but people kill my spirit.

Sorry if this sounds a little jumbled but this is just how I feel atm.
