Jackmanii Press Octoblrfest Pop-up Bookstore
You step inside the gazebo, and enter a room with wooden floors, and bookcases you are sure shouldn't fit.
I'm sitting behind a carved wooden desk and wave at you with a sheepish grin.
"I know, I got the bookshop set up a bit late this month. Forgive me, my general health has been a nightmare."
Looking closer, you notice I've not stood to greet you, and am leaning rather heavily on the desk, but despite this appear in good spirits.
"Either way, we're here now! I'm a little short on stock, but hope to remedy that soon. In the meantime, take a little browse..."

Blurb:
Fey go missing in the mortal realm. Everyone knows that. When Lizzy's mother is the next to vanish she's expected to grieve and move on. Instead, Lizzy wants to find out what happened, but the answers she seeks can't be found in the fey realm of Arbaon. With the help of her best friend, Booker Reed, Lizzy's determined to retrace her mother's final steps... straight through an illegal portal and into the mortal realm. Whatever leads she expected to find, it wasn't an academy of vampires, and a world stalked by their rabid cousins—the kavians. Forced to rely on the vampires for protection, and secluded away behind the high walls of Speculo School, it quickly becomes clear not everyone is pleased with Lizzy and Booker's investigation. With danger building the further they dig, the two fey need to decide if the closure they seek is worth risking their lives for. But the longer they remain amongst the vampires, the more Lizzy suspects that her answers lie with the deadly kavians instead.

Work In Progress
My Main Project; Darkling
Darkling is the sequel to Changeling, and is the second book in the Trilogy. While I have a blurb written, it's not yet been revealed, so all I can say is that it continues following Lizzy as she searches the mortal realm for her missing mum, and stumbles over plots that endanger her new vampire friends.
My Other Projects

Rumors and Reputation is going to be a Grimdark Fantasy Romance, following Alix Kon a Potions brewer-turned-smuggler, and her on-again-off-again lover, Killean Verle as they find their way back to each other through the shattered remains of the city they both adore.
The Fellfire Volumes - Co-write with @faelanvance
Blog Link
The Fellfire Volumes are a co-write project I've taken on with my best friend, Faelan Vance. We've had these idea's for about ten years now, and we have finally managed to wrangle them all into a coherent story idea.
The first book is predominently outlined, and we THINK there is going to be about 6 books.
We've got lots of heavy worldbuilding, we spent a solid six months working on nailing down that and still haven't quite finished for some races. We've got maps, and our main cast of characters all organized, and soon we should have some art of the cast so we can start sharing info about them with you soon.
Fellfire will have an ensemble cast of main characters, currently sitting at 8 MC's, and be set in an Epic Fantasy world with STRONG grimdark elements. Neither of us will be shying away from the darker side of fantasy fiction in this project. It will maintain a running list of Trigger and Content warnings on the pinned blog post that will be updated as we write the books, so keep that in mind.
Genre/s: Epic Grimdark Romantic Fantasy.
The Chronicles of Verald
Side-Blog Link
Chronicles of Verald is going to be an Epic Fantasy series, styled in the "Monster-of-the-Week" layout you get from tv shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Supernatural.
There is an overarching plot, of course, but each novel will have it's own self contained 'enemy' to face off against.
As for the main characters, Mallory is a rare kind of magic user, one who can break curses once they have set in place. Exactly the kind of rare magic user the oldest immortals need to save themselves from insanity, as their curse begins to mutate after a millenium of giving them immortal life.
The catch? Mallory wants nothing to do with her powers, and nothing to do with immortals who like to hold grudges.
Epic Fantasy, Serial. I have rough outlined aboout 10 books in this series. So far.
