I have such an admiration for people who go the extra mile to pay attention. those who look just beneath the surface, to see why someone is behaving the way that they are. Changes I'd like to make to my life (in no particular chronological order or order of importance) Change my GP. Finally get around to going back to the dentist. Fix my sleeping pattern. Positive Outlooks

An amazing thing happens when you get honest with yourself and start doing what you love, what makes you happy. Your life literally slows down. You stop wishing for the weekend.
