Post partum problem

I feel kinda bad for Tim we havent had sex since Millie was born but i really have no desire to... The one time we tried it hurt worse than losing my virginity. Plus we bed share and im really against doing it with millie in the bed.. How do other couples do it if they bed share? Oh well at least we for sure cant get pregnant again!

Stuck at 2 months Post Partum

Stuck at 240ish lbs for almost 2 weeks, changing my diet and starting to run more than once a week. I'm doing the 30 day Squat and Plank challenge. Ugh... I just want it all gone NOW!
