This potato pizza crust offers a healthier alternative to traditional wheat-based crusts, with a crispy texture and delicious flavor.
Ingredients: 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1 egg, beaten. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Grate the potatoes and mix them with almond flour, beaten egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the potato mixture out so it looks like a thin crust. Place the pie in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the edges are crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool a bit before adding the toppings you want. Add the toppings and then put the pizza back in the oven. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the toppings are cooked. Cut it up and serve it hot. Have fun!
