Beef Bacon Potato Roses - Savory Appetizer Delight

Not only do these Easy Roasted Potato and Bacon Roses look beautiful, they taste even better. When you mix crispy bacon with soft potatoes, you get a delicious dish that's great for any event.

Ingredients: 6 small potatoes, washed and thinly sliced. 12 strips of bacon. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional.

Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Form a rose shape with each potato slice and a strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. On a baking sheet with parchment paper on the bottom, put the potato roses that have been wrapped in bacon. Put some olive oil on top of the potato roses and add salt and pepper to taste. After the oven is hot, bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the bacon is crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. If you want, you can add chopped fresh parsley as a garnish. Have fun with your Easy Roasted Potato and Bacon Roses!
