This is a good film despite the poor image quality. I did all these routes over the years; I can still remember feeling awe at the Tolkien-esque grandeur of the main chamber as I emerged onto the platform above The Bridge. The main free-hang pitch is tremendous, but the first time I did Diccan Pot, aged 21, I really didn't have the SRT technique and fitness for it. I was on my knees (literally) with exhaustion by the time I got out and, looking back, I'm vaguely surprised that we never precipitated a rescue callout during our youthful learning phase!
