cleansing tea potion 💧

this tea is great for before meditation, yoga or spells/rituals. you can also use it to start your day new or to cleanse yourself of the day behind you. all in all it’s pretty simple to make yet veristle for your craft and has a mild and refreshing flavor. bonus points if it’s made on a new moon. 🌙

what you’ll need:

white or green tea: cleansing, healing, purification, love.

a white tea base will offer a mild flavor and your spell will have a more healing and calming effect, while a green tea base will greatly boost the cleansing aspects of this spell.

sage: masc. air. jupiter.

protection, divination, purification, psychic powers, cleansing.

sage is one of the strongest cleansing herbs there is, and it’s the star of this spell, this sage will protect you and help cleanse any negative energy or thoughts and allow easier flow of your personal energies.

mint: masc. air. mercury

healing, cleansing, prosperity, protection.

fresh starts could always use a kick, this mint gives a refreshing boost of new luck and prosperity, while stimulating and healing you and your energy.

brew your tea stirring clockwise, and feel free to add honey or other sweetener to your taste!

Yzma’s Poison - So that other’s malicious intent backfires on them.

*inspired by how Yzma’s malicious intent towards Kuzco backfires on her*

Needed:  - A small mirror - Black sharpie or paint (something to draw on the mirror with) - Pine incense Or a Pine Scented Candle - Craft wire - Little sealable bottle - Charcoal or Ashes - A couple Thorns (Opt) - Pink Food coloring  - Some glitter if you feel like it - Moon Water - Sigil for Reversal of Malicious intent

Steps:  - Take a moment to center yourself and focus on your intent. Its important to be focused going into this spell - Take your mirror, and use your sharpie or paint to draw out your sigil on the reflective side. Its important that this doesn't get wiped off for the duration of the spell.  - Set that aside to dry. - while your mirror is drying, gather your craft wire, and do your best to bend and twist it into a circle and make it kind of look like barbed wire ( It doesn't need to be sharp!). The circle only needs to be big enough to fit on top of your mirror.  - Take your bottle, and fill it with moon water. Leave a little room for your additional ingredients.  - Add your charcoal or ashes to the bottom of your bottle,  - If you have them add your thorns too.  - Add your food coloring until you reach a color you like, and if you want, you can add Glitter too! - Seal your bottle. - Light your incense and let the smoke fall over all the objects you have crafted.  - Once your sigil is dry, Set your barbed wire on top of the mirror. - Set the bottle in the very center of the barbed wire.  - Set the all of it in a window overnight (Not the incense, make sure that gets extinguished.) - Let it sit somewhere it will be undisturbed for as long as you would like the spell to be in effect.

Lucky Spiced Apple Juice Spell

Autumn is well and truly here, and I always enjoy warm spiced apple juice to warm up and keep away the blues so here’s a little luck spell I made to go along with some.

I’m going to provide a recipe to make the apple juice itself but buying ready-made is also fine.

Ingredients

4-5 large Bramley Apples

2L of Water

A pinch of Cinnamon

5-6 Cloves

A pinch of Ginger

1 Star Anise

Sugar as needed

Method

1. Cut and core the apples into large chunks and bring to the boil in the water on the hob (add more water if you think it needs it, it should only just cover the apples).

2.Once boiled let the apples simmer until they go mushy. Drain the juice through a cheese cloth or similar (I used a clean tea-towel). You can set the apple “mush” aside and make an apple sauce (add a bit of the juice back in if you do this).

3. Now you should have your apple juice, taste a little- if you find it a little tart at a little bit of sugar but not so much that it becomes syrupy (if it does add a tad more water). At this point put it back on the hob and add in your spices, stirring clockwise, leave to simmer for about 5 minutes and then continue stirring saying the following words and fill it with intent:

                               “With this potion I shall bring                                                                                    Good Luck from within”

Once it’s cooled a little you now have a good luck potion for you and anyone you want to share it with!

Poison Apple Tea Potion

Every evil witch knows that a poison apple potion can come in handy every now and then. To curse your enemies with a little bit of bad luck, this particular potion is a taglock. Meaning you need to have something that either belongs to or represents the person you intend the curse, personally, I recommend a picture but you can use whatever you want for this potion. 

What you will need:

Apple Slices. (Any kind you can even use a small pack from McDonald's.)

1 tea bag for Black Tea. (Any kind)

1 tear of sadness

1 tea bag for Chamomille 

And most importantly, a representation of the person you want cursed. 

Instructions:

Once the water is boiled and ready in your cup, dip the tea bags in the water first then add the tear. Finally, when the tear is mixed with the teas, take your apple slices and utter this incantation as you add the slices one by one into the potion. 

“Let this potion sink into the skin.

At first sip, your luck will change.

True Love’s first kiss will not be enough

To save you from your bad luck.”

As for how many apple slices you may need for this potion, that decision is up to you. Personally, I go for three or four apple slices, but the more the merrier there’s no limit to how many you wish to put in. Now with the potion ready, grab your taglock, the representation of the person you wish to curse. And pour the tea over it, imagine the bad luck washing over your enemy, visualize their luck changing from good to bad. Now with that, the spell is sealed.

Additional Suggestion:

The more apple slices you add the more powerful the potion will be.

my go to for days my heart just feels heavy or sad, when I just need a little boost of love inside me, this also pairs really well with rose quartz if you work with crystals and would like to work that into the spell. ✨

Felix Felicis - A quick tea potion to improve your luck for 24 hours.

I know everyone and their mother has done a Felix Felicis Spell, but screw it, its St. Patrick’s Day and everyone needs a little luck.  * Inspired by the potion from J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter Series.* Needed:  - A Tea of your choice! ( I recommend Green, Black, or something with Orange, pineapple or pomegranate in it) - Honey - Cinnamon - A bit of sugar - A spoon

Steps:  - Brew your tea as you like it and let it cool just a bit.  - Add a spoonful of honey, a pinch of cinnamon, and a spoonful of sugar.  - First, stir your potion counter clockwise and say/think: “ Bad luck begone, From me and all I own, your affects are well-known,  and now you will leave me alone.” - Now, stir clockwise, and say/think: “Good luck I invite, to free me of this blight,  and give me the insight,  to bring about my own delight!”  - Drink your tea and go about a luckier person for the day!

Nighttime Sleepy Tea Potion

A simple spell potion for when you need to get some shut eye. 

Ingredients:

moon water 

1 part chamomile buds

1 part catnip

optional: bag of passion flower tea

honey to taste

Bring the moon water to a boil, then add catnip, chamomile, and passion flower to a tea diffuser pour the moon water over the mixture into a cup. Steep for five minutes, then remove diffuser. Add at least one spoonful of honey to tea, then stir counterclockwise while visualizing the excess energy leaving your body. Sip before bed, breathing slowly and drinking in the moon’s calming energies.
