»Black spines grow along her spine; on her head to the base of her neck, she has a white mane.
»Hoards precious jewels, especially those with magical properties. Occasionally hoards ancient scrolls and silver.

»Frost breath: Able to completely freeze objects and living things. Can easily cause death to weaker beings. Can battle with the force of fire evenly.
»Healing Magic: Can perform on herself and on others.
»Fire Breath: Along with being able to freeze things, it can also burn; a characteristic common among dragons.
»Black Magic: Can perform curses and can steal energy from others to benefit herself or others. Rarely used.
»Limited Shapeshifting: Only has one set humanoid form.

Short bio: Phantasmagoria was born within Antartor, flourishing in the harsh, cold landscape. From the beginning of her life, she and her kin lived in a competitive family as news of the aging current ruler of Antartor was soon coming to an end. The largest and most skilled of her kin, she was the last sent to battle the elder dragon. She lost the duel, and was lucky enough for her life to be spared-- she left to Shael, finding the minerals and deep caves where mines used to be suitable and cold enough for her and that when outside, the open plains and sunlight gave her a magical advantage. She now presides as a younger, yet wise ruler over the Southern kingdom.
Short description of home:
An old castle built within a large cavern in the side of an immense, snow covered mountain, filled with sculptures of fae, dragons, and winter-kin. Though the castle is a bit dilapidated, the cold keeps its remains preserved.
