This time of year, grass out on the Potomac is gold. If you find it, hold onto it. I found some in practice, but couldn’t get to it on day one with water sucked out of the Potomac tributaries. On day two, I targeted wood. While I caught plenty of fish, my largest was a 16.5” fish. I needed 18-20” fish to have a chance. I ended the tourney in the 24th spot out of 79 anglers. I still had fun, though. Thanks to the #NVKBA staff for putting up another great event. Well done, fellas. #paddleva #kayakbassfishing #potomacriverfishing https://www.instagram.com/p/COaeZ37LCCI/?igshid=v4zrhm74vprm
