it’s called “After” and it’s about two people who survive a bus crash only to find themselves alone in their town reliving their memories as like this creepy cloud thing closes in on them and they have to figure out what’s going on and like @biotictrash and i made fun of it while we watched it but we also like enjoyed it so

@poulovingunicorns ugh that sucks I'm sorry. it might not make you feel better, but until recently when plus size nerdy cute clothing and Her Universe really took off, I could hardly get anything. things will change and the time will come! Torrid is just a US company, so it would be harder to get things outside of the US but there may be something over in Europe that has something!

What was that about Naomi's nosebleeds and voice? I didn't understand that post.

In the scene in 2x05 where the Roci is under at LEAST a 15 g burn, Naomi is Not Okay. Which is very inline with the books. It’s uncomfortable for a Belter to be over like a third of a g, and in book 4 Naomi is in a situation where she’s in just over a g and it hurts her knees.

Belters live and thrive in low to null gravity. 15 gs is bad for an Earther, and deadly for a Belter if sustained (and also Earthers but especially Belters). Their bones and lungs are weaker because they’re not used to the weight of gravity like Earthers (and Martians) are. Like the Belter being tortured in season one with gravity? Like that, but way worse. 15 times worse at least.

Dom played a Naomi who is in incredible pain and can’t breathe because of the weight of so much gravity on her chest, and her nose bleeds because of that same pressure. It’s a neat reminder/detail of how Belters cannot properly function in those environments. Which is why Chrisjen notes that they could all die under that level of thrust. it’s not good for anyone.

You can find anything missing from wherever you are watching on the Internet, I always use torrent to rewatch it (ive done it several times xD)

i’m watching it on demand, it just had the miniseries separate from the rest of the series

Hey! Since your gifs are really good, would you consider making a video/post tutorial for a poor mortal that cant make a decent one if her life depended on it? Every time I make them i get the same problem: if they look good, they are too big for tumblr; if they load well on tumblr, they look like shit all grainy af... U.u take pity xD :*

mmmmaybe? thanks for saying so! i just... am not sure if i have the time or patience to make something. if i don’t though i can always find some good ones and reblog them i just... can’t focus on things for very long.

Scarlett Johansson doesn't choose what she wears or how her hair is done for movies... If she looks like she's copying the look it's not her fault, it's the people in the movie that choose how she has to look... So, she shouldn't get burned by it. (No, I'm not commenting on the whole "she should be Asian to be casted in that movie", just commenting on what this post implies)

now, i’m gonna have to back you up a bit, because this post is 3000% about the fact that MOTOKO GODDAMN KUSANAGI IS an asian role

the fact that you can get 2 shots of more or less the exact same character design side-by-side is just a neat bonus to show exactly how easy doing it right would’ve been

To answer your tags: I'm not "kidding you":I watched my mother die when I was 14 and neither myself nor my father left our responsibilities aside because we were emotionally destroyed, so yeah, being sad it's not a fucking excuse to forget your responsibilities... In this fucking website a lot of people think the world should stop for people who are sad, and being sad it's like an acceptable excuse 2do what you want and people can't say anything cause it's "mean"...

wow it sure is cool that everyone handles emotions the absolute same way. I am sorry for the loss you had to suffer but that has no bearing on this situation??

acknowledging you’re not emotionally capable of something and getting help from people who have offered their help is not the same as ignoring your responsibilities

also that that is what’s going on is just a hypothesis at this point. We don’t even know how long John is leaving the baby with Molly, this was just the first episode, we don’t know for sure where any of this is going yet

and again: this post was not about John. You could’ve just made your own post about your issues with him instead of hijacking mine that was about something completely different.
